Add $1 per box for packaging in a mailer for shipping.
Ordering: The minimum commitment is for 50 boxes over a 6 month period. The minimum order is for 96 pieces (i.e. 16-6pc, or 8 12pc or 4 24pc). Orders may be mixed sizes. There is no setup charge. Lead time for initial order is at least 2 weeks and 1 week for subsequent orders (depending on volume). We require EPS files for artwork.
