Chocolates for WineriesThese chocolates are uniquely created for each winery. We first select a wine that we think will blend well with chocolate (not all wines work well). Then we will blend that wine with as many as five different chocolates until we find a blend that highlights the character of that specific wine. In our experience, we have found that many full-bodied dry red wines, such as Syrah, Zinfandel, Merlot, Bourdeaux style blends, and many Rhone style blends work best. Some of the sweeter dessert wines have been disapointingly bland in chocolate. These chocolates do not have a liquid center. New! Now you can order a sample to see for yourself. Our Offer:Send us a bottle of your wine (full-bodied, fruit-forward preferred) and we will send you a box of chocolates (24 pieces) made with that wine so that you can see how well it works with our chocolate. We know that you will be amazed. There is no obligation for this offer. Details:The cost is 85 cents per chocolate plus the cost of packaging and shipping. You supply the wine. The minimum commitment is for 400 pieces over a six month period with a minimum order of 100 pieces at a time. This introductory price is only available to wineries.
